• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines

You agree to use The Nigerian Community for lawful purposes only and in a way that respects other users. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, scams, or malicious content

You are responsible for any content you post, share, or upload, including text, images, or links ("User Content").

By posting content on the Platform, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use the content for operating and promoting the Platform

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Some features may require a paid membership.

• Fees, benefits, and billing terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
• Memberships may be recurring unless canceled
• Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms presented at checkout

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue paid features with reasonable notice.

All Platform content (excluding User Content), including logos, branding, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to The Nigerian Community and may not be copied or used without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Your actions harm the community or Platform
• Required by law

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nigerian Community will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
